Our Approach
Thomasson Management Corp. has managed Yorkshire Apartments since construction. We are a family owned and operated management company that has been in Rock Hill since 1968. We have on site staff and emergency maintenance after hours and on weekends. We also offer online application and leasing as well as rent payments and maintenance requests. You can also request copies of your lease and other documents for your needs from your tenant portal. It feels more like family here.
Our Story
Yorkshire was built in three phases with Phase One completed in 1974. Phase Two was an expansion across the road and included another 72 units to the community. And in 1996, the final phase was added with 92 more units and a new swimming pool and clubhouse. We have been serving Rock Hill's apartment needs since and hope to provide you with the service you expect and even more. Come see our community and how it has grown.
